Brandon McClain is the Owner and head inspector of Flat Rate Inspections. McClain began his construction journey as a seamen in the US Navy’s Construction Battalion. When joining the service- some sound advice told by his recruiter was to carry out your Rate in the civilian world. In other words – Stay in construction.

In 2011 McClain got his first of seven classified construction of inspection certifications. Flat Rate Inspections aims to take the core values learned from the Military to the under served inspection industry. One of the fundamentals ways Flat Rate Inspection Sets themselves apart in through their inspection curation process that provides our clients with instant inspection reporting – That’s right! We don’t conclude the inspection until the report is reviewed with clients present during inspection. Because of this Intellectual property; Flat Rate Inspections has earned the Moniker of “the buyer’s best friend” because “We find the issues before they find you”.
